Coconut Milk in subsitution for all things milk?

Do anyone just preffer to go with coconut milk in general instead of almond milk? I do enjoy the almond milk but the coconutmilk has just the right creamyness for me to feel satisfied!

I'm even going to make chocolate coconut-milk ice cream tonight. Here is a recipe I found/ altered!

recipe:

28 oz of fresh coconut milk
6 tbs spoons of agave nectar,
2/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a dash of sea salt

Some folks like hemp mylk. Some sesame mylk. It's all about YOU and your personal tastes...
Have you tried young Thai coconut mylk? Now we're talking SERIOUS c-mlyk. Open one of those bad boys up and stick a straw in there and there you go!

you do realize this wasn't a raw recipe? you can make it raw by using fresh young coconuts though. i edited your post to make it raw for ya *wink*

I'm sorry I wasn't thinking with the mylk. Is there a simple recipe to make coconut milk?

I like blended young coconut juice & pulp. I blend them together in my VM until they are smooth.
