Hi everyone,
This might be a strange question - just wondering if anyone has this happen to them.
Sometimes my stomach feels empty and it "rumbles" to the point where it hurts. It's like a twisting feeling just under my sternum. But, I'm not actually hungry i.e. food is not appealing.
It mostly happens in the morning before I've eaten anything. I try not to eat until I'm really hungry because I've heard the body is still cleansing from overnight.
I'm not sure what to do in the situation. Eat to stop the pain? I really would prefer to eat only when hungry.
I've tried drinking cold water, warm water, tea... but it doesn't make the pain go away.
Can anyone help? Any advice is greatly appreciated =)
