I have seen many people her say that theyare forexample 70% raw, 80, 90 and so on.. So I was wondering, hat do you guys eat that is not raw?
Cooked vegetables?
Meat?
Dairy products?
I'm currently dealing with cravings for certain foods. Anyone have any advice about how to focus away from the cravins by any chance?
