How old is a "teen and young adult?"

Hard to say. I think it has more to do with life situation and not age. For example an 18 year old could still be in high school. In my mind that would be considered a teen. But if they are out of high school, then I'd consider them a young adult.

I was more looking to find out if I'm too old for this forum or not...

I've been out of college for a few years now, but I think I still have some similar problems and outlooks, so I guess I'll stick around this forum... At least until I get married and start having kids, and, well.... "grow up!"

Pfft, I am married and have kids. I'm so not grown up. :p
But I'm 23 years old so I still kind of fit into "young adult" :D

Hi, I am also over 25 younger than 30, and I think a young adult is anyone under 35 OR if you still feel young!

I would love to believe that I am still a young adult at age 36, but my 13 year old son would beg to differ with me. lol
