What's in your fruit bowl right now? What's it made of? Color, size, shape, etc...???

I've got bananas, apples, and avocados in my bright yellow ceramic fruit bowl.

I just washed my fruit bowl as it was empty except for the peach, I finished the last banana earlier. Grapes are in the frig...Gotta get more fruit tomorrow!! I might get a new fruit bowl too!

In my big dark brown fruit bowl (looks like it's made of teak wood, but it's ceramic), I've got clementines, a grapefruit, a pear, oranges, and a few bunches of bananas. Next to the bowl is a watermelon. There was a crenshaw melon accompanying it, but it got cut up last night.

I have a matching bowl for veggies that don't go in the fridge. Right now it's housing onions, garlic, tomatoes, and avocados. (Ok, so tomatoes and avocados are technically fruit - but I don't want them to get smushed underneath all of the bananas!)

My fruit is on one of those three tiered plate holder thingies..not sure what you call it. Each tier has a coloful plate on it, one holding bananas, one holding tomatoes, and the other holding kiwi and apples, 2 lemons. Keep my grapes in the fridge in their own container. Mu plums and mango are in an oval basket. Watermelon on the counter.

I think the fruit is calling me now!

My fruit bowls are all baskets. I have a stash of them, all shapes, sizes and colors ~ I pull them out as needed.

Right now I don't have too much fruit on the counter - just bananas, an orange and a bunch of tomatoes. The rest of my fruit is in the fridge. *Ü*

Fruit bowl? You mean bowls, don't you?

OK, I have a two teired wrought iron thing, the top level is full of lemons and oranges. The bottom level has 2 bunches bananas and a few apples.
Then there is a fruit bowl beside it that has 4 mangoes. There's a watermelon on the counter.
The fridge is home to grapes, cantelope, strawberries, blueberries and plums.

These days I'm eating fruit for breakfast and lunch and then a raw dinner of some kind of whatever I want.

My fruit bowl is actually three fruit shelves.

Right now it has masses of oranges, a couple of tangelos (they never last long round me) some avocados, some very ripe bananas, apples, and lemons and a lovely ripe pineaple.

I went shopping a couple of days ago and buggered if I can figure out where all the fruit went (actually, I know where it went but can't believe how fast it got into my tummy!).

It sounds like everyone has a watermelon on their counter! That's what I need. Watermelon...

My watermelon was on the counter, now it is in the frig. We no longer leave it out for long. We had a whole one on the counter before and for some reason it split open. What a mess!

My main fruit bowl is a huge Bamboo salad bowl. Right now, it is overflowing with red apples, green apples, bananas, lemons, eggplant, a bag of avocados, figs, and a giant zucchini.

My "backup" fruit bowl is a beautiful iron and glass modern design -- it is empty now because I juiced everything in this morning - mango, oranges, and apples -- together!

A tip for those of you with all the fruit attracting fruit flies. Yuck! Sometimes they are all over. Pour some ACV in a small bowl, and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Cut a couple of slits in the plastic wrap. Set it close to the fruit and wait to be amazed at how it attracts the fruit flies. Well, it works great for me anyway.

Oh, and I have peaches, pears, apples, avocado, and bananas. No watermelon, boo hoo!

My fruit basket has oranges, apples and lemons in it. I also have some avocados in front of the basket. I usually freeze all my bananas.

My fruit bowl is a nice glass bowl with flowers designs. Right now it is overflowing with beautiful dark red apples! I bought 22 lbs of them this morning...so whatever couldn't fit in the bowl is now overfowing in the fridge :). I intend on having a LOT of apple "recipes" this week!

Your fruit bowl sounds pretty amped up as it is! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who tends to keep powders and oils in my fruit bowl.

Add a little dish liquid (a drop or two). That makes the surface slippery and the drown in the vinegar.

I know, that's kind of a terrible thing to say on a Vegan forum...
