Hubby made the best stir fry yesterday.

Stir together or shake. Marinate in covered bowl overnight in refrigerator:

1 pkg sliced portabellas, broken into three pieces each
tamari, couple of shakes (not raw)
olive oil, couple of shakes
horseradish, small amount grated
Add the following, stir or cover and shake, then marinate covered on counter till mealtime (maybe 2 or 3 hours):

1 sweet onion, shredded in processor
1 med zucchini, sliced in processor
Shred in processor:

1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
Serve marinated veggies and juice over cauliflower rice.

Mmm mmm good,
Mmm mmm good,
Hubby's Stir Fry is
Mmm mmm good.

Enough of that,
Teri S

Well RP, you know how it is when you have something good ... you want more, but maybe not exactly the same. So yesterday we did it different. Marinated portabella chunks, and chopped and strained tomatoes in a white sauce over shredded zucchini. The sauce was cauliflower, almonds, and the marinade from the portabellas blended smooth, with green onions and basil pulsed in till very fine yet still visible. We both loved it.
