I've been taking these (http://www.thevitamincode.com/Formulas/MultivitaminFormulas/Women/tabid/1312/Default.aspx)for a few weeks now, and they seem to agree with me pretty well. I love the concept, and I know that even the best, freshest raw foods don't have as many nutrients as their predecessors due to improper soil rotation and diminished nutrient values in the soil. Thus I figure that a raw supplement is a good idea. Any thoughts?

Many people believe that they can get enough nutrition from their food only and that there is no need for supplements.
However, if you feel they're helping you, go for it. Although it's always good to get other's opinions, it's ultimately your decision.
I have not heard anything negative about this particular brand since it came out last year, and have seen good reviews on it from other people.

Has anyone ever experienced "side effects" from too much vitamin C, Ginger, or Digestive Enzymes? I think I have.... but people think I'm crazy because vitamins are "natural." I just want to know everyone else's opinions...

No. never have overdosed on those. Possibly you could experience healing symptoms, but that should be all. Otherwise maybe they weren't good products. Guess a very small percentage it could be bad for, but I doubt it. Not those ingredients anyhow.
