Hey there,

Does anyone else out there practice the 5 tibetan rites. If so I would love to here of your experience with them.

Personally, this is my "coffee in the morning" equvilent. (Though I've never liked coffee). Starting my day with these stretches really gets me going. No grogginess.

I started practicing them a few days ago. Wow what a rush! :)

I need to pull mine out again. I started them a number of times but never followed through with them. I also haven't worked up to doing a full 21 of all 5 of them. Guess I should and see how I feel.

What are the 5 Tibetan Rites? I could use a pick me up in A.M. Some days I'm raring to go, some I am groggy. I Still have 60 lbs to loose, somedays I can be all raw, some days I  loose and eat cooked veggies.

Thanks for the link!

I bookmarked the site. I had one saved previously that mysteriously disappeared from my list [??], but this one is so much better!

I used to do them but somehow dropped them. I loved how they made me feel and agree they are a fabulous wake-up routine.
I think I will give thedm another go , now that you brought it tomy attention. Thanks! :)

Thanks for posting that link. I constantly go off and on them and do them from memory, but I forget the breathing technique. I think the spinning is one of the most beneficial because as we age, we can get dizzy so quickly.

Hey Dawn,

Thanks so much for posting the link!! I have the entire book, but it's unfortunately packed up in storage right now with the rest of my stuff. :(

I'm printing this out now so I can start doing them again! :)

....I'm glad I asked. Just imagine, a flock of Raw Vegan Whirling Dervishes all over the country. Ahh it warms (or at least dehydrates) the cockles of my heart. :p

Oh, thank you so much for posting this site.

I had a friend lone me her book years ago, and I wrote down as much as I could, the book was out of print then. Have done these off and on with yoga, and now I have them all again. I have bookmarked this site, and will go back often.

How very nice of you to share this with us all.

thanks.
