not hungry=don't eat, it's simple ;) Fasting is a fastest way of getting rid of any pain. Get well soon

:( Your probably just detoxing yeh? Best not to eat if your not hungry but make sure you drink plenty of water. Some people suggest ennemas and colonics to ease detox. I havn't tried these. In this case as a last resort I actually sometimes might take a pain releaver. I know that it isn't good for you but I also figure that transitioning to raw doesn't have to be a painfull debilitating experience or necessarily a quick one especially if you don't have the time to take off to recover although of cause that is the best thing to do is just allow your body the time it needs to run the coarse if you can do that. If you could stomach it though I have tried consuming a litre of green smoothie and then having a nap and I have woken up fresh with the headach gone.

Drink water consistently thru the day, add fresh lemon if you have it. Rest if you can, cold cloth on the forehead and temples. Hang in there and it will pass...hope you feel better soon...good for you on going raw! Soon you will be feeling great!

I agree with freshlight, if your not hungry don't eat.
Listening to your body communications is your best personal coach.

Caffeine may be the culprit, if this is the case you will just need to stick it out (easier said than done I know!) but it will go away, if you drink alot of caffeine you may even feel a little nausea as well. As they mentioned keep drinking the water it really does help flush out the body and keep everything hydrated. As far as eating do not eat until you feel like it. Good luck hopefully you can rest until the headache subsides

Another thought I am not certain if you have periods but I have been getting headaches each month at the end of my period like clockwork, I read up about this and some women get them at either right before or a bit towards the end having to do with hormone levels. I do know with this headache (for me) there is NOTHING as far as headache med that will touch it! I do believe it will improve as I stay with a raw vegan healthy diet.

I came across this article on headaches yesterday by Dr. Furhman, which should help you understand why you get them, how to prevent them, etc.headaches (http://drfuhrman.com/disease/Headaches.aspx)

Many people get sugar or caffeine withdrawal headaches. Also as mentioned drink water.
3 days of headache was what I had.
