I would love to enjoy a light "chiffon-like" piece of cake with my evening tea to unwind. Unfortunately all the raw cake recipes are nut heavy and not light at all.
Does anyone have a recipe to share?

Carrot cakes are not as nut heavy as most. The cashew icing is of course=)

Have you tried raw food real world's macaroons? oh..the texture is very light and crunchy--it has nuts but if you are looking for a light texture (as opposed to light in calories) then you should try them--my whole sad family loves them.

there's also a recipe for Maraw's Lemon Chewies, which are very lemony and good!
I don't have time to search right now...

I'm from the UK and their is a raw website that sells raw cakes. i have not ordered any because they are SOO epensive and to big for one person to eat.. and they need to be consumed within days. But anyway, one of there cakes is free from nuts, seeds, cocoa and fruit! Its called Made From Heaven so you could do a google search, if i am allowed i could post the link. They give the ingredients for the cake and the ingredients for the icing so we could make this ourselves if we just knew how much of what ingredient to use!!
