30 Day Challenge

Mods, I know in the past ONLY a mod was allowed to start the threads in the 30 day challenge ... has this changed? OR if not ... could a mod check in there because nobody started a sign up thread for September or one for Day 1. Just FYI, I know you guys have a lot to keep track of and appreciate ALL you do.
