Hello, I finally found wheat berries for some of Alissa's recipes, BUT I found hard red winter wheat berries, when I got home and looked at the sprouting guide she says to use soft ones for the breads and hard for wheat grass... but I'm not sure how many types of wheat berries there are out there and if these winter ones are ok for breads

So I guess I'd like to know if I can use these ones and if not does anyone has any idea what I can do with them? :)

Thanks a bunch!

I believe these are the wheat grass berries. I'll have to double check. But look here for more info:

Thank you for the link, it looks like instead of making bread I will sprout and plant these and have wheat grass to juice, always wanted to try it... it's great how versatile raw is!!!
