Hi guys, there is a website were you can add all the food you have been eating for the day, all the exercise you have done and more... Then, this site tracks all your calories, nutrients, etc... you consummated. So you can know if you are missing something in your diet, etc...

I know is very common amoung the raw community, but I lost the site... can someone give it to me??

Thanks

Livestrong, maybe? I think my wife is using that one. Will ask her tomorrow.

fitday.com (http://fitday.com/fitness/Login.html?_a_Date=1234224000.) There is another free site that tracks with more detail, but I don't recall the name.

I use sparkpeople.com to track my workouts, I think they also have a food tracking spot too, but I've never used it before.

I use my body to tell me what it needs and wants...

BUT - it's fine if you all use programs. Not me. I like the simplicity of eating Raw...no more counting this, that, or the other! :D

before i go about trying all of those sites to see... does anyone know which one gives the widest scope of nutrients based on food intake? i used fitday.com today and they don't give any info for a bunch of them that i'm interested in seeing the results for... vit k, biotin, choline, chromium, iodine, chloride, etc. does the version of fitday that you pay for have more than the free one?

i was checking out the kids diets today just to see (pretty great results) and would like to have the info charted so i can wave it in the face of stupid doctors and other health care "professionals" who don't believe i'm not horribly depriving my kids of nutrients they need.

sometimes i feel like you've got to be a scientist yourself to validate healthy choices but if you stuff your and your kids faces with mcdeath and KFC(ancer) nobody thinks twice about it, how wacked is that?!
