Hi all! I was wondering if anyone in the NJ/N area would know a good homeopath or doctor to help me keep track of my blood tests while transitioning to raw. I'm a type 2 diabetic and just can not go to endocrinologist anymore as they do not want to pay attention to food they just want to adjust my doses of poisonous medicine. Any help would be much appreciated. Just looking for someone i can work together with and believes in the power of food and herbs, thanks so much! :)

Forgive my ignorance but isn't this something you could do on your own?

Well I guess everything can be done on our own can't it? I was wondering if anyone had experience and could recommend someone in my area that they have dealt with and are happy with. In life I have learned that when someone comes recommended there is a reason for it. Does that make sense? Is this thread not posted in the correct location? I'm just not understanding your reply to the post i'm sorry. Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much for such a wonderful forum!

Hey, sorry I confused you, but I meant couldn't you do your own blood work? And yes, I do agree about folks being recommended. Word of mouth is a big trust issue...

Oh sorry I did not know what you meant! Do my own blood work as in going to a standard doctor to get it done or?

For which area you need this service?

In my area, i couldn't find any but i found a raw nutritionist. There are raw doctor that do offer on line service or phone. You can check for that. You can also request to a regular doctor to get some blood test done.

Check for Dr. Gabriel Cousens. I believe that dr. Fred Bisci does offer phone service. They both do blood analist if you live in their area.

This is my holistic nutritionist that do raw food and she also offer e-mail/phone service: judysnutrition@gmail.com http://judysnutrition.blogspot.com/2009/08/pre-natal-nutrition.html

Remember, at the end, you are the one to discern and find your own truth for your body. You need to take and leave. If you resonnate fully, you take everything, if you resonnate partially, you take partially.

Hope you find your answers!

ps. Dr. Gabriel Cousens has helped people with diabetese.

I'm thinking some of us don't know what YOU mean. Don't most diabetics have little gadget they can use at various times to keep track of their numbers? All the ones I know do. Can't you make a chart, then write down every time to take a test to keep track of it?

I just found that i'm better when I have a coach\teacher. Sometimes when i try to tackle things on my own i get a little overwhelmed and lose focus...
