trouble in excalibur paradise

so i have always noticed un-even heating in my d. today i went into investigation mode. I knew the base was wonky and i leveled it with fingers crossed that it was the solution.

turns out the right side is actually blowing out air that is HOTTER......MUCH MUCH hotter than the left

I have found the staff at Excalibur to be VERY helpful with D issues - even sent me a new one when several "fixes" did not work out.
