MSM Question

Something is causing an allergic reaction, and all I can think about that I am doing differently are the superfoods/suppliments I have added lately. I recently switched to a powdered form of MSM from the pills- and my lips are swollen and a little itchy! I look like I had a collagen injection in my upper lip! Any ideas? :eek:

I started taking more B vitamins before this happened, but that is supposed to help, not be the cause of this.

I'd suggest stepping back and adding things one by one to see which one is giving you the problems. It could be anything really.
