Hey, what about August 31st?

Last night I ate some cooked rice (uh-oh)....I must plan my post exercise foods better so I go to the fruit instead of being seduced by what dh is eating...

Oh well, being kind to myself and starting the day with a grapefruit monomeal.
The days I monomeal are the easiest for me. Monomealing eliminates the duality about choices that, for me, leads to non-raw stuff creeping in.

Have had a few days off the computer, inflammed tendon in my shoulder made my right arm basically out of commission. Today I'm much better so I figured I would at least check in quick.

Food for today:
Superfood Smoothie
2 Clementines
1 Banana (or maybe pineapple)
Large Salad

I bought 2 young coconuts that I'm planning on making a coconut strawberry cream pie, but shoulder hasn't allowed for much food prep, I've been having to talk my dd through all chopping exercises :) at least she is learning and enjoying it. Maybe I can make the pie tomorrow. I am also checking out a family gym membership tomorrow, so excited the kids are finally old enough to do this too!

breakfast was 2 apples, snack was a banana, lunch was a green smoothie and 2 chocolate chip cookies and for dinner I will be making kimchi.

I held a raw food potluck today and 5 people came, I hope this is the start of many more get togethers.

36 oz smoothie with blueberry pomegranate juice, raisin soaking juice with small amount of orange juice and honey left from recipe I made last night, 1 banana, 2 frozen bananas, 2 small peaches, baby spinach

Raw Food Potluck: Carrot cake, pear mango pie, Asian greens salad, coconut balls, tomatoes, basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, mint sun tea, sumac lemonade, “pizza” flax crackers, cucumber.

48 oz water total

Last day at my mom's, going back home in the morning.
B: Banana and plum
L: Raw crackers with avocado, tomato, and olives, baby greens salad.
Snack: Raw Revolution chocolate food bar. Not that good and gave me terrible GAS!
S: Huge raw salad made specially for me at Applebee's. They did a great job!
Snack: Just had a raw cracker with some hemp/cashew/cacao spread.

Hi everyone, sorry I'm a bit late! I went to my raw potluck yesterday and that made me feel much better about raw, so Idecided to stay with it a while longer (i was thisclose to quitting). I also realized that the reason I was feeling so bad was that the raw diet is making me more sensitive or making me not need as much of my throyid medications, so I had symptoms of hyperthyroidism. I'm going to cut back the meds some more.

Posting for the 30th...a day late. Anyways...started the day off with half a watermelon; 2 bananas;spinach salad with cuke, red & yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes w/ balsamic at Jason's deli. They had no fruit on the bar at all! So later was 1 yummy white flesh peach and 5 clemintines; 2 bananas.

Waiting for the 31st to appear. Maybe later today.
