Something that was my favorite growing up was maple nut ice cream so the other day I made a raw version. Just put a froozen banana (cut into pieces) into your food processor and while it's zipping around, making your ice cream base, I added maybe a teaspoon of agave and a few drops of maple flavor extract (not raw). Then when it was finished and scooped into my bowell I added some broken up pecans on top and it was DELICIOUS!!!! :D:D:D

For 100% raw, you could use Yacon syrup - I find it kinda maple-y/molasses-y

I sometimes use it with Lucuma powder to make raw ice cream that reminds me of butter pecan -- if my memory serves me well, since I have not had real ice cream in years . . . .
