Hello all,

I just wanted to say it is amazing (which I know this isn't anything new) how exercise really helps your moods. I sometimes get depressed and today was one of those days and almost did not go exercise because of it, but I did and now I feel great and had a great work out and ended with a great tasting green smoothie :) I just wanted to share.

Oh boy do I know this all too well. Whenever I'm in a "mood" DH will say, "did you walk today because I think you need to go work something out?" :cool: Darn if he isn't right though, I feel better almost instantly after getting back from a nice long walk.

Absolutely agree with you. Even if you are feeling down if you can make yourself go exercise you WILL feel better after.

I completely, wholeheartedly agree!
I love the boost exercise gives me, combined with living raw... it's out of this world fantastic. I honestly am smiling so much these days.
