So I recently posted a thread about my body not liking sugar from rich raw desserts, I was wondering if anyone has become more sensitive to food combining after being raw? It seems like when I first started raw in January that I could combine whatever & feel fine, now it's like my body goes into shock or something. I eat veggies & nuts together or all veggies. If I eat a salad I have to wait to eat fruit or eat the fruit a little bit before & clearly my body rejects alot of the desserts.

I'm more aware of sweet & salty taste. If I have something that's mainly fruits, it's too much for me. I use to juice zucchini/carrots/celery but now it taste bad. I do not care for squash or zucchini much any more but I buy them if on sale or someone gives them to me. I do not like the skin of S & Z anymore, I know they are good for you but it's a bitter taste now.

I'm not sure if I'm actually more sensitive. I think I'm just more aware of how my body reacts to certain things.
Now I'm used to eating clean easily digested foods, so that has become the norm. If I eat something that is hard to digest I will certainly notice it right away.
Back when I was eating all kinds of thing, it didn't really make much difference if I ate a piece of bread for example.
