Hi All,
I have a 8 cup Custom Cuisinart (10 year old) that I like, but I find that the bowl size is too small for when I am doubling or tripling recipes to be more efficient in raw food prep.
I would like to size up to 14 cup and looked and saw there there was nesting bowl processor 3 in1. Wow Cuisinarts have really changed over the years. I watched the demo on the nesting bowl fp and was impressed by the number of different blades and options that come with the nesting bowl processor. I think that it was the same price essentially if I were to get the 14cup alone processor. So it seems like it would be a better deal to get the nesting.
However, I was honestly discouraged when they said that to use the smaller bowls you have to have them nested....hmmm.....does that mean you dirty 3 bowls instead of just one. I have a hard time seeing how one would use the smaller bowls without dirtying them. I am trying to maximize efficiency not create more work and now I have to clean more dishes!?!
I would love to hear from people who have this food processor and see how much you like it.
