So far 5 bananas for breakfast. Still on the old island.
My husband ate chinese food last night and I was fantasising about it for hours!!!
Have lost weight but this must be water as it's not possible to in 2 dats - guess it's the potassium in the bananas and the total absence of salt.
Look forward to reading what exciting things everyone else is eating today!

Sorry I've been MIA for a couple of days. Junk going on. We just got home from the grocery store and I've got a few new things I'm going to try this week. I'm going to try Alissa's Pad Thai (if I can find some mung bean sprouts, hubby can check at the asian market yet), Alissa's Collard Wraps but with romain instead of collard, I didn't want to buy such a huge bundle of collard leaves and have to fit it in the frig, I've got a strawberry/coconut pie on the list and a new sweet cracker recipe I'm wanting to try from Sunny Raw Food Kitchen. Today we are putting all of our leftover grapes from last week into the freezer for quick treats and putting 3 bunches of kale into the dehydrator for spicy cheezy chips ... Mmmm.
Food for today:
Superfood Shake
Zucchini Pasta with the last of the marinara
Salad
Banana Ice Cream with Strawberry AND Chocolate Sauce
Blessings,
Heather

Sorry I haven't been on here as regularly lately. I was having some baaaad cooked food cravings the past 2 days, but the meal I made for dinner tonight helped that a bit.
-Vegetable Juice
-Green Smoothie
-More Veggie Juice
-Portobello and pepper fajitas with cilantro salsa and macademia sour cream on corn tortillas....mmmm, first time making this, will post a pic on blog when I write my next blog post, I got recipe from Sunny's kitchen website and salsa recipe when I googled "Mexican salsa recipe' as all the recipes I was finding in the raw books weren't that tasty to me.
-2 chocolate covered dates stuffed with almond butter

Busy work day. I didn't have time to make much of a lunch and my co-workers made some cooked food that smelled REALLY divine! It was tough. Reminded me how I know I ALWAYS need to make something really good for lunch at work. Always be prepared. I need to plan my meals better.
B: Green smoothie of spinach, banana, nectarine, sunflower seeds, coconut oil
L: Avocado, tomato, nectarine, handful of nuts.
S: Marinated mushrooms and salad, "croutons" made of Just Like Ritz crackers that are completely crumbly but still good.
Snack: Right now I am sipping on a banana, sf seed, and cocoa smoothie.
