before i started going raw i had a pretty healthy lifestyle and my weight was perfectly healthy...i exercised 6 days a week and changed my diet to raw b/c thats even better (of course  )...so during the transition, it be easier for my body to transition to a raw diet?...as in, less tiredness, skin problems, "colds", gas, etc. etc. or does it differ for everyone no matter what my lifestyle was before I turned raw?...
i started going raw around end of june and then throughout the summer i didn't eat raw for about 3 wks...mmm...around end of july...should i hav already gotten over these problems listed above?...some days i hav tiredness and most days lots of gas and i'm just waiting for my skin to flare up...thanks

hotgugon, I think it is normal to still have difficulty for a little while. Where you a vegan prior to starting the all raw diet?
You say you were a healthy eater, can you elaborate a little more please.

Well, everyones transition is going to be different. We are all genetically different and have different lifestyle factors.
You and I could have had the exact same cooked food diet, and our bodies woul have each dealt with that differently.
So , wondering if your transition to all raw should be easier etc.....there is no easier. There just is. All cooked food creates reactions in the body, such as mucous, free radicals, stored toxins, diverted energy, depleted enzymes...etc, etc.
When you start eating all raw food, suddenly, your enzymes normally used for digestion ( which is the number one priority.....when food is in the body your enzymes abandon their posts and rush to deal with it)....your enzymes are freed to work on internal healing and clearing, because the food you are now eating is alive with its own enzymes........this we call detox..they begin unloading all the stored toxins and accumulated waste, reparing and rebuliding organs, tissues, etc etc.
The more stored waste released the more detox symptoms you will feel. So its what toxins you took in and how much of that your body stored.
Blessings~

when u say "what toxins ur body took in" would cooked food thats healthy have less toxins than ones that aren't?...
Samuel Wilson,
the diet i had prior to raw was not vegan and i ate lots of veggies and Korean dishes so would my body have not as much toxins?
