Hi guys! It's been forEVER since I've posted... been a lot of change going on in our lives right now. I am currently 17 weeks along in a mostly-raw pregnancy, and 1 week ago, switched to 100% for the remainder. Does anyone have experience with this?
I'm going to be very gentle, and non-judgemental going into this, knowing that my pregnant body probably knows better than my mind what's best. Not doing low-fat or low-fruit or high-fruit or high-fat etc.etc.etc.... but rather, just eating what feels right. I haven't even been concerned with food combinations so far, and mixed fruit into my regular meals because I felt like that's what I wanted. So far, no problems. My digestion is already 100% better than the partially cooked first trimester, even with quite a bit of nuts/seeds.
