Question re "Pictures & Albums"

Hi. I am wondering how to get into the "Pictures & Albums" section. I used to be able to do this and can't now. I was hoping to see others' pics in case I missed some as I haven't been blogging or posting here much this summer. I can only get mine own album to come up but no one else's. Never had this problem before.:confused: Thanks.

I don't know but lately STRANGE things have been happening here and All Hallows Eve is two months away. Array has had a Birthday EVERYDAY for about 2 months now. Just giving this a "BUMP" hope you get the help you are looking for.
