Hi,
I've been jucing alternatively between cucumbers and celery for the past few months now, I love both of them as juices, but would to add some more variety. Are their any other vegetables, that have zero sugar, that are great for juicing? I'm struggling to think of any others, apart from greens...

There's Zucchini, Peppers. There are Traces of sugar in most things. Are you Diebatic?

I'm just wanting to juice vegetables without sugars, or very low in sugars. I just feel better after drinking cucumber juice than carrot juice or orange juice, for example.
Do you get much juice from zucchini? I've never tried juicing it as I didn't think the water content would be high?
As for peppers, are they low in sugar?

I've never juiced Zucchini by itself. Why not try finding the Sugar count in all Vegtables and you can eliminate the ones with a too High count. I'm sure if you Googled Vegetables, you will come up with some help. Most GREEN Vegetables are LOW in Sugar, Carbohydrates.........Take a little time to try a Green Smoothie.

I juice ALL kinds of veggies. I tried to make my own "V8 like" juice, so I juiced some tomatoes, peppers, 1/2 head romaine, and some celery. I put a dash of spike in there also. It was yummy! Also, I like to juice a little beets and carrots with romaine lettuce or cucumber, which is VERY cleansing. I've tried juicing just about anything I can get my hands on...lol...spinach, broccoli, kale...
