I am new to all of this and I don't really have any advice, but you sound like you need a really big hug. So I'm giving you one. <<<<<HUG>>>>>
What I do is to make sure that I at least have breakfast raw. My daughter and I like to grate an apple and chop a banana really small. Then we mix those and sprinkle on some cinnamon and mix it all up. Then it's just a matter of making choices all day long. If you make the wrong choice at one point, ok don't give up, just make a better choice next time.
Don't bog yourself down with it all. Just look at every choice as it comes along. Don't look too far into the future, then it's too overwhelming. Choice by choice you will get better.
Good Luck

Welcome! My advice to you? Ditch a couple of those bottles for a week and instead purchase Alissa's book and DVDs and then read EVERYthing in there and then commit to a 30-day challenge. I guarantee at the end of those 30 days you will not want any more wine, smokes, or coffee!
What have you got to lose?

I agree with both ladies, I am going through a lot of aliments and I each day brings on a new challenge. I am new to raw and the best thing I did was read and watch ALiisa's book and DVD. you need to heal yourself for the inside out. Your body will heal if given the chance. I look forward to healing from eating raw.
Best of luck!

A small step you could do every day is have a green smoothie, try that for a week or two and see how much better you feel.

Have you been checked for intestinal candida? I had symptoms similar to yours and when I found out it was candida and started treatment for it, my fatigue and brain fog when away. Bread is a major culprit in candida.
Also, with candida you tend to crave things that feed the candida. Wine feeds it too!
Try taking some probiotics and cut down on the sugars. I recommend that you get an candida test done first. Try to find a naturopath to do the test. Regular doctors don't know much about candida.
Here is a link to the lab that did my tests:

I just noticed in your post that you asked for some juice suggestions. Juicing is very healing.
First of all, just get in there and start using it. Carrot juice is tasty. Try experimenting with mixing it with celery and/or beets. Greens are very healing.
Here is on recipe I used recently:
Green Lemondade
One head of romain lettuce juiced
A (4-5) few stalks of kale
4 stalks of Celery
1 lemon
1-2 apples
1 inch of ginger
Juice and stir. You may need to adjust the kale and the apple to get it to your liking.
Juices should be taken on an empty stomach for best absorbsion.

Candida OR possibly a Thyroid condition since you are losing hair, depression and loss of energy. CLASSIC CLASSIC symptoms. Good luck.

Thank you all for replying you are very kind. I have started my juciing baby steps lol carrot and apple things i know i like before things i find strange to jucice if ya know what i mean :) this my last question i hope you all dont find strange the only thing bothering me about this is cleaning the juicer after every juice. So i find i would only juice once a day rather then more which i would like to do. I never seem to get out of my kitchen most days so cleaning juice 2 3 times a day kinda bothers me lol. Does anyone juice throughout the day and just clean in the evening maybe just cleaning the fliter or is this not a good idea.
thanks in advance

On the second part of your question, I would clean the juicer right after juicing, while everything is fresh on it and easier to do. But why not juice extra and store in fridge or I know Aleesha freezes her juices with no problem. That might be a way to get more juice in and less time in the kitchen.
