Hello raw people, my name is Etherwind. I'm not on a raw food diet yet, but I think I'm going to start. This looked like a good place for motivation. I really like cooked foods and sweets, they are just too delicious. I'm trying to get over that though. I grew up in a household of Lucky Charms, Mac & Cheese, and fruit roll-ups. I have read a lot of raw food literature and I can't argue with their logic. See y'all around. Hopefully I'll get all raw soon. I just ate a baggie of raw organic spinach and carrots, that was good.

Welcome! If you want the best Raw book out there I would suggest getting Alissals. She thoroughly explains the whys and hows of eating Raw!
