Can I freeze "mock Tuna"

With all the fresh produce - especially cukes..I want to make tuna and somehow keep it for the winter. Here in Northern PA produce is scarce and expensive in winter. Thank you for your input:)

I have and it was perfectly fine. I found most raw meals freeze very well. Which is good or I'd eat everything all at once. :)

I agree. MANY Raw foods freeze well!
