Alissa's DVD

So I finally got a copy of Alissa's DVD and watched it last night. I liked all the food (but found those braying women annoying as heck). Anyway, I noticed the women eating a green soup, but the DVD didn't show Alissa making soup. Anyone know which recipe in the book she made. I love raw soups.
