Feeling better today (thanks Heather!), although I wasn't sticking to my raw plan v. well yesterday...better not to dwell on that!
This Am - 1 sm grapefruit and 2 sm apples
snack- 1 sm apple
Lunch - mixed salad, 3 sm grapefruits & lrg banana
Bought new blender (can't buy replacement jug in Bs As, have to buy brand new expensive blender....no customer service in this country!!). Nothing like a Vitamix here either, Black & Decker is about as good as it gets.
Blender sounds good though - husband's testing it out downstairs and the engine sounds like a Porsche!

tango - glad you're feeling better. Looks like the cold is going around my household ... now I'm getting over it and my dh and ds have it ... will we EVER sleep through the night again??? Really, it's not that bad ...
Today is day my 6th day raw and even though I have a cold I'm feeling good about 6 days raw.
Food for today:
Superfood shake
2 clementines
16 oz apple/spinach/lemon juice
Large salad for dinner
I'm hoping to start the banana leather to make Alissa's Strawberry Crepes this evening. Maybe I'll have those for lunch tomorrow ... Mmmmm.
Blessings,
Heather

Another long day at work, and I also have an infected heel crack which is very painful so I am not up to be on my feet much. My second teenaged daughter went raw today with me and poor mums was not around to fix her much to eat, so she ate a whole bunch of peaches! She has a sensitive digestive system like me (poor girl inherited all my problems, unlike my other daughter who is a hale and hearty specimen like her pa). So I hope tomorrow my heel feels better so I can make her some good food.
B: Green smoothie of spinach, banana, sf seeds, coconut oil
L: Large salad of baby greens, tomato, avocado, and pesto dressing. Peach
S: Slices of zucchini with Da Bomb Cheeze sauce
Snack: Handful of cashews.
I am still hungry but too tired to get up and make anything! A hot bath and bed sound good.
