Hi=)

I'm trying to stay off the computer more, but I'm still here=) I've been up all night cleaning like a crazy ocd woman. sigh..when will this be over? I have two sets of people coming today, maybe more--if I didn't want to live in the country and be a farmer I would have quit this stressful crap a long time ago..psst..hey buddy..wanna buy a house?=)

No idea what I'm going to eat today hah! true, though..I'll probably have a restaurant salad bar and some melons when I am allowed back home later=)

Have you ever had to get your house ready for a party in which a bunch of strangers or near aquaintances who are very judgemental will be there? That's the level of stress I am under..every day. You know that sigh of relief when its all over and they are gone--I'm hoping to have that feeling soon=)>!

Thanks for *listening to me whine, I'll go be more positive and vibe up my house with rainbows now=)>

Thick - Yep, actually after our house was listed for 6 months and the stress of exactly what you described we let our listing expire for a month and are just about ready to re-list. VERY exhausting, expecially when you really LIVE in your house. We are here all day with all of our school mess and pets and ..., then someone calls... so excited someone wants to see it, then the stress starts ... cleaning like a crazy woman, kids crying (just kidding, but close) ... yep, I get what you are talking about. We've already bought our land in the country and drive out to visit it, but refuse to start building until our house sells, but have considered building a garage with a small apartment above it, that we can live in while we build the house.

I'll post food later ... I know I'll start with a superfood shake but that's all I know right now.

Blessings,
Heather

Breakfast was 3 small grapefruits and 2 tangerines.
Last night I woke up around 3am with terrible nausea which must have lasted an hour or two.

2pm - Just had some broth which is not raw but I feel like I have some kind of bug and couldn't stomach any fruit...don't want to fast as am b/feeding. Will aim for fruit tonight, I think something in last night's salad may have had pesticide in it as this has happened to me a dozen times in Bs As (no organic in my area and def. not affordable!)

tango - I hope you feel better.

Well, I had my first emotional obstacle today. I got a phone call late this morning, it was not a conflict or anything, just somebody wanting me to do something I really don't want to do but part of me feels like I should (if that makes any sense). I hung up the phone and the first thing I did was go over to the refrigerator and open it up and look inside! I don't even know why I did it, I wasn't hungry! Oh my. So, I told myself how stupid I was being and diverted my attention it took me almost TWO HOURS to work it out! Ugh. But I made it through and now I'm on the other side ... however, when my hubby gets home we will have to discuss it again and decide what we are doing. But I think I've worked through it to the point I can have that conversation and accept whatever the outcome.

So, food for today:

This morning I had my Superfood Shake as planned
Some cheezy cayenne kale chips as I unloaded them from the dehydrator
Mashed banana/granola/raisins/almond milk
Large glass of almond milk
3 salsa flax crackers with avocado/tomato/lettuce/cheezy sauce and some marinated mushrooms
I'm sure I'll have more kale chips at some point

Blessings,
Heather

I'm feeling better now but I was feeling rather horrible since my 2nd colonic yesterday afternoon. My first one made me feel great but this one must have sped up detox or something because I had went from feeling amazing (not physically so much but a spiritual 'high') yesterday morning to immediately in a bad mood after the colonic. Then I got a headache and felt very weak. This continued today until for a couple of hours ago. I showed my grandma and aunt the Simply Raw - Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days DVD today as the both have diabetes. They seemed interested, especially my grandma, who wanted to learn more about incorporating more raw foods into her diet. Yay! I wasn't too hungry today:

-Vegetable Juice
-2 Peaches
-4 Olives
-Spicy Nuts
-Grapes
-A few pieces of that Eggplant 'bacon' I found on the recipe forum here - I just made this for the first time and although it doesn't take like bacon (I don't think, it's been almost 9 years!), I love it!
-A Mushroom-Almond burger on garlic herb bread with some nacho cheeze and honey mustard and eggplant bacon and tomato and romaine

I making some mango cobbler now so maybe I'll have some, although I'm not all the hungry.

my car brought me home yesterday; but it stayed parked the rest of the day I thought Hubby was going to take to work, but he had to pick something up, so needed the truck. It should stay parked until 6 pm this evening; so I will call that a day
