That was absolutely wonderful... so beneficial and affirmed and validated information I have been reading/absorbing/integrating for some time.

I think all of us here are making incredible leaps and bounds to our vibrant health in all aspects; physical, mental, emotional and intellectual. In fact, there was a thread this morning dedicated to one of us having a struggle with a particular aspect... do you know there were oodles of encouraging words and support to cradle her forward in her journey?!
