I've been craving Italian dressing on my salad the past couple of days. Anyone got a recipe for a REALLY good one? Thanks.

Funny I just printed this recipe by Cherie Soria so I could make a nice Italian dressing. I've made a few of her recipes and they have all been great successes! Here's the link:

These are the ingredients in mine, also. I sometimes add fresh oregano.

I made this over the weekend and it's fabulous! I highly recommend it. I was a tad skeptical with the zucchini but I trust Cherie's recipes. Glad I made it!

Over the weekend I made some really great Italian dressing for a kelp noodle pasta salad that even my husband said tasted like the real thing. I sort of winged it but here's the gist. I started out with a base of:

1/2 C. olive oil
1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
1 Tb. dry Italian herbs

Then I added the rest in by taste:

garlic powder
onion powder
mustard powder
agave
chopped garlic cloves
salt
red pepper flakes
nutritional yeast
