dehydrated cucumbers?

Has anyone dehydrated cucumbers before.....to make like a chip? I've gotten lots of cucumbers from friends and neighbors (I come home and there'll be 3 or 4 by my door and the other day there were 3 in my truck). Sooooo......I was wondering if anyone hade mad chips with them? Any other cucumber ideas would be welcomed too!:)

Why would you want to waste all that wonderful water?

You can freeze them and use them as a base for crackers later on in the year. I have done this.

I vote for THicke's cucumber rice! Its yummy with the cheese sauce.
