I prayed my husband & I into this diet & we started it in 2001, after reading up on lots of testimonials & books about it. We eat more cooked foods then I'd like to.

A friend from another group that I belong to who is here @ this board, recommended that I come here & her username is: vegggeeemom. Because I told her that I want to go all raw, however my husband is afraid that he'd loose too much weight. So, I must do most of my raw food diet, while he is away @ work.

I've come her for encouragement & to be around others in this new way of life for me.

I'm 43 years old, & grew up in California. Met & Married my husband & I moved to Vermont here where he was born grew up most of his life.

What else do you want to know?

I'm leaning more towards a raw diet & less cooked foods. So, this mean's that I'd be able to eat 2 out of 3 meals raw.

I usually like to have a breakfast shake. What kinds of variety of foods do you have for breakfast, so I do not get board?

For Lunch: I like to snack on carrots or have some of my mothers Red Cabbage Salad. However, that can get kind of tiring, so what kinds of foods do you eat for Lunch?

I guess this is all the questions that I have this far.

My Husband is afraid to loose any more weight, & wants to keep his weight the way that it is.

May God Bless all those who posted thus far,

I would recommend asking this question on the Raw and Living Food Discussion board, you'll get tons of answers there!
I eat different things for breakfast though. Sometimes nothing, sometimes a banana, apple, grapes, just depends on my mood!
Good luck and I am sure there are people here with answers to help with your hubby not loosing too much weight!
