You can not take chlorella or anything that needs digesting. You are supposed to totally rest your digestive system.

If you check out juice feaster websites, many of them use chlorella. Chlorella has a lot of benefits such as helping regulate blood sugar so you don't feel like you're starving.

But surely it defeats the purpose of the fast. That would only be a semi-fast.

No, because it's in powder/tablet form. It's not a solid food. I didn't come up with this idea. Check out the juice feasting sites. Aleesha has mentioned using it to during her fasts too.

I suppose that if the molecules are small enough to start with and are dried and pressed then they will be small enough when they come apart.

your digestion isn't shut down when you are juice fasting... cause you ARE digesting the juice. having chlorella is a GREAT idea... i highly recommend it. i also use spirulina when fasting... and kelp powder... :)

Actually...they sell these wrist bands for sea sickness that have a ball and and an elastic thing you wear on both hands the whole time and they use acupuncture or pressure you could say to avoid getting sick. I used them on my last cruise and had a great time the whole way!! :D! TRY EM! They are like $8-12 for a pair at Rite Aide...or pharmacy.

Hi
I wanted to do a 21 day water fast for the first time and was wondering if I could take chlorella tablets for the first three days to help cleanse faster and to battle the hunger? Also will it delay my body from going through ketosis? Thanks

Why delay the fasting process? Why not just start the fast 3 days later?

I got these little tables(Chlorella). Can somebody tell me how to take them. They are so dry to chew. Is it O.K to swallow them like a pill. How many should I take. The bag says from 4 to 80. 80 for heavy metal detox. I was hoping it would speed up my detox.

I've seen a lot about chlorella tablets lately and am intrigued to try them.
How do they taste?? I see a lot of people chewing them. Are they good?

they have a kinda addicting aftertaste. They are very dry and bland when chewing. There have a little bit of a nutty flavor. They are O.K.
