Hello Everyone,

I am Denis Jhon and i am new to this forum. I found it on Google and heard by a lot of people that it was a good place to communicate and learn information.
I hope that i learn a bunch of information while i am here and i hope that i can help contribute to others as well.

It's great to have you here. Are you new to raw or been doing it for awhile. You heard right this is a good place to learn and just enjoy like minded people. Alissa's book and DVD are incredible if your new to raw and really want to learn all the in's and out's of a rawfood lifestyle - but it's also great if your a seasoned rawfoodist. Welcome to the forum! Oh, BTW....nice quote.
