My new favorite way to enjoy goji berries and get more water.

Refreshing Goji Berry Drink

½-1 cup Goji Berries
16-24oz Water
Soak in glass jar for 3 hr. min. Strain and squeeze water out well. Save berries for smoothie or recipe.

If you're not a fan of the berries on their own, they're very tasty when soaked.

Goji Berry benefits:
Goji berries are high in protein & contain 18 amino acids-including all essential, 21 trace minerals, more vitamin C than oranges, more beta carotene than carrots, & more iron than spinach or soybeans & many other nutrients. Goji berries contain polysaccharides & are high in antioxidants. Goji Berries are used to restore energy & strength, increase stamina & longevity, boost sexual libido & enhance fertility, strengthen the immune system, treat insomnia, improve eyesight (it's the world's richest food source of carotenoids), & aid in digestion.

Add some slices of ginger and add the strained mixture to some sparkling water for ginger ale.

Cool! :cool: I always have goji berries in the house because it takes me forever to use them up. Going in the kitchen now to dig them out of the cupboard. Thanks for the great idea.

Really am loving this. It's like getting fresh juice, without all the work. ;)
