Just wanted to share is all:

Frozen corn is always par-boiled ---the commercial stuff. If it's not organic, chances are it's GMO.

If you don't grow it yourself, then try to buy fresh from a local farmer. If you can't find organic, then call ahead and find out the type of corn they're selling: Example: "Temptation." then go look up "Temptation Corn" on the computer to find out if it's GMO or not.

We have a farm market on our apple farm and we get corn from other locals to sell. Interestingly, early in the season, the corn is generally not GMO, however later in the season, as the caterpillars would be affecting the corn as the nights get cooler, they use a Bt corn, which is genetically modified.

Just trying to help.

I tried to do this but I can't figure out how you can tell if its GMO or not. The 3 kinds that are available locally here (Western Canada) are peaches & cream, sweet and jubilee.
Is there a specific website that lists them?

ALL frozen veggies are not raw. Very little frozen fruit is.
