are now in my dehydrator! I cannot wait until they are done! I :p used the hard wheat berries and the batter tastes really good and i also just smoothed the batter out instead of making little muffin shapes, kinda like a flat bread. I'll let you know how they turn out. just a quick question: do the wheatberries need to be processed in like a champion first because there were still some bits that my food processor didn't get...thanks!

These came out really good after being dehydrated! Lots of flavor! and using the hard wheatberries didn't give it a bad taste either. next time though i am going to run the wheatberries through my champion to better process them and then mix them with the other ingredients. because the bits that didn't get processed from the food processor sort of hardened back up and were a little crunchy. other than that-they were really good!

Hey, thanks for this post. I too had made them, they are good. But the berrie thing bothered me too. I like the idea of running them through the juicer first. I must try that.
