I went to the toilet this morning and noticed whites bits in the toilet, which i suspect to be candida. Im wondering is this a good or bad thing? I havnt done anything like a liver flush and my diet has been poor over the last few days so its not like its to do with a detox or anything like that. So would it be considered good that its coming out, or is it bad? I guess the good part is that its coming out but then bad thing is that its just coming out without doing anything, does that mean my body is having major candida problems and full of it?

There is a simple test that is supposed to work.
Put a glass of water by your bedside and first thing in the morning just lean out and spit in to it.
Do not disturb it. Check it 15 mins later by looking at it from the side (without disturbing it). If there are thread like things coming down from the spit then you have candida.
