Hello,
I have struggled with my weight for the past several years and have recently gained a lot. I have been wanting to try a detox for a while but I feel like a raw food 30 day challenge would be much more beneficial. I plan on starting tomorrow with no excuses! I'm ready to get myself back on track with being healthy and I'm hoping that tuning into this site will help. Any advice, comments, etc. would be much appreciated!

Welcome,
1. Go easy on yourself and don't try to do it 100%.
2. Do a green smoothie for breakfast every day. They are easy great tasting and a good way to start off the day...even if that is all you do at first.
3. Make some interesting pates with sunflower seeds and maybe some flaxseed crackers. These will enhance any salads that you make.
Best wishes.

Great Idea with the 30 Day Challenge. Alissa's Book, to the left of this page is a Must Read. It should be your RAW Manual. Also a day without Exercise is a day you cheated your Body. We All are here for you and of sure you know......YOU CAN DO IT...........

HUH!!!!! WHAT!!!! HUH!!!!! Excuse me...but, maybe you should read Alissa's book...
I'm sorry, but going 100% is what you SHOULD do...try at least!!! Aim for it, and try to do it for the 30 day Challenge. You CAN do it! As a matter of fact, I'm doing it right now! I'm on day 7 today and I know that the plan DOES work. Give it a chance! Just do it! You'll be glad you did.
Alissa makes the 1st 30 days so easy for you! The PLAN is there, the RECIPES are there...all you need is the determination and the deisre to want to complete the 30 days and you WILL! Come on, join me!!! :)
