What would I do with a 5 pound bag of hemp seeds?
How long would they store for?

I would bag some and put them in the Freezer to lenghten their Life. You can also make Milk.

I agree with spifyfull :) I keep all my hemp seeds, even the ones I use on a daily basis in the freezer. I add 2-3 tablespoons to my green smoothie every day. *Ü*

You can add them to salads. You can add spices and eat them on their own like other seeds.

My kids love them. They like eating them just plain like sunflower seeds as they don't have a strong taste.
