probiotics/gut supplements during master cleanse

i am going to start an MC tomorrow and am feeling the need to address some of my gut lining issues with the old round of herbs etc

together or separate??

Juice feasters tend to use supplements while fasting. It's up to you though. I'm about to do a fast and plan on waiting before adding supplements as I want to see what benefits I can get from it alone.

i don't do supplements while fasting... except to occassionally add MSM or spirulina/chlorella while fasting.

but i just go by what my body asks for...

listen to your body, it'll tell you what to do
