I've been 100% raw for about 3 months now.
3 weeks ago all of the sudden I started having lots of pain while passing stool and since then it's been greasy and sticky with bad smell. The color is not changed.
I did 3 stool tests 2 for bacteria infection and 1 parasites but they came negative.
Since I went raw my digestion was much better and I used to pass stool two times a day without any smell or stickiness, much better than ever.
I don't think it's because of introducing a new food to my diet because I was having the same food when this problem started. however I had some raw crackers I never had tried before that day, which I had bought and stored them about 1 month in the fridge. I was suspicious about that but it's been 3 weeks and it didn't heal and no bacteria infection in the test results.
So right now I just go to the bathroom once a day and it's a bit painful (not as bad as the first time though) but still uncomfortable and it's greasy, more like pencil-thin and has smell.

Any suggestion what may cause this? anyone with similar experience?

My doctor prescribed Metronidazole antibiotics after he said there's nothing in the test what should I do, maybe the test results doesn't show it, but he was saying that these things should heal in couple of days. So I'm not sure if I would take the antibiotics.

About my diet:
I usually have some fruits (banana, mango, grapes, watermelon, berries) in the morning I usually chop them for salad or recently I started making green smoothie for breakfast with hempseeds and dulse added. I have about 1-1/2 cups of nuts (soaked in water overnights or from morning depends I usually switch between "almond, walnuts, hazelnuts, brazilnuts" soaked overnight and "cashews, sunflowers, pistachio, pecans" soaked 4-6 hours) with some bananas or grapes for snack, and then a green salad with avocado or a soup with carrots with more fruits for dinner.

I personally feel that you are detoxing. 3 months is not that long considering so amny other factors, like your age, your eating habits prior to Raw, do you move (exercise).

Also, no mention of water. We NEED water to help flush gunk out.

I too think the medication whatever that is will only mask ans hindeyour healing progree.

How about flax oil? That too will aid in digestion. Might also want to think about enzymes to help with digestive issues. Alissa sells two wonderful enzymes.

I'm sure others will contribute some advice. Meanwhile,. start drinking some water.

eeeeek on the antibiotics. They mess up your intestinal flora more than ever!! Detox and cleansing is what it sound slike. Stools change during this for sure.

Aloe vera juice is good for any kind of intestinal stuff and bowels too.
