Good luck erykahb! We're all becoming younger and more beautiful each day!
This am 2 med grapefruits and 4 or 5 tangerines....loving the fruit breakfast. My difficult patch is in the evening, when I seem to hanker for a non-raw "treat" before bed. Spring is slowly coming so things will get easier, esp. since there will be more fruit to choose from (at the mo it's still citrus, banana, apple and pear)

So far today I had fresh vegetable juice and a plum. I'm not in the mood for a green smoothie today. Later I'll probably have a salad or my cheese crackers and salsa and/or guacamole, and for dinner sandwiches on Almond Mediterranean bread, zucchini hummus and tomato, avocado, onion and sprouts and later fudge cookies.
We're already on day 16 out of 30! Great job everyone!

im brewing up a fantasy gumbo in my mind, not sure if its going to happen or not

Hi everyone, our church had a huge barbeque today but we stayed strong and raw. Fortunately there was green salad and fruit to eat.
B: Green smoothie of bananas, collard greens, almonds, and coconut oil.
L: lots of veggie and lettuce and spinach salads, melon, and cherries
S: some cashew cream cheese and avocado on mediterranean bread.
Snack: Just about to eat a Lara bar, chocolate coconut.
I am going to go soak in a hot tub as I ran a race at our barbeque today! Came in dead last but I actually ran. My legs are already sore. Plus it is COLD here today, just 55 degrees.
