Hi...
I have all these gallon jars. I want to make some homemade kimchi. I searched but only one thing came up cuz the search is coo coo. But In Alissas book it just said to ferment overnight, Thas all it takes> Sounds so simple, I thought it would be more complicated than that? But any good recipes? Alissas looks great. Just wondering other variations. I just ate Rejuvinations Kimchi.. Yikes 13.99 but good. Tho other kimchi I have had the cabbage was a lil crunchier. Doh well. Anyone> Let me know the rundowns?
