Brief info for those that don't have time to read the website:

Chlorella is a whole food fresh water, single-cell green algae with the highest chlorophyll content of all known plants. Chlorella produces protein 38 times that of soy beans & about 55 times that of rice. Chlorella is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, nucleic acids, amino acids, enzymes, Chlorella Growth Factor & other beneficial nutrients. Chlorella aids digestion, bad breath, constipation, food cravings & is a natural detoxifier of heavy metals & other synthetics. Chlorella is alkaline & a powerful immune system builder, especially to fight cancer.

I use them because it is my understanding that there are only two things that will remove mercury (from dental work) from you body. Chorella or cilantro.

Does anyone know of a good source? Also, is it available in pills or liquid form? Thanks :)

The most pure raw organic form is the chewable tablets like Alissa carries or the powder.

question - i just got some free chlorella tabs from raw food world with my order and i'm wondering. i take 6 spirulina pills a day - i find it helps combat my migraines (whee!!). the chlorella tabs i got are really small - should i chew them or is it okay to swallow them? if i'm taking them, should i still take the spirulina or no?

i'll try to get to read the link when my daughter is asleep :)

Chewing them is yummier. :) Those are the same ones I use. It's up to you whether you want to take both or not. If the spirulina is benefiting you, definitely don't stop. Unless you have enough chlorella to experiment to see if it works just as well.
