I just looked that powder up and that is one expensive product. Think of how much fresh organic produce that money could buy. I can’t see how a powder could be superior to fresh organic fruits and vegetables. My advice is to skip the powder and buy the food.

It's the same as Alissa's green powder and Vitamineral Green and the top used/recommended raw organic powders (just different names/prices). Fresh greens are always best. Powders are good as a supplement to ensure you're getting enough nutrition, travel, emergencies or when you run out of greens. A lot of raw beginners like to use it or other green powders to do an easy cleanse rather than fasting. My favorite is chlorella. Though I have used VMG too.

If they're a good quality, they'll actually taste good. Something I never thought I'd find in a green supplement. I was quite surprised. The powder can be made into a soup, when you stir water into it. Really great to have on hand whenever you need it. I run out of greens sometimes (or they go bad) and I like having an alternative for when I can't get fresh immediately.

Hope you like yours, Starck. :)

As Dimond said, Alissa's Green Food Powder, Vitamineral Green, and Sun is Shining are the same. The ingredients and descriptions are identical and all say they are Jameth Sheridan's formula.

The difference in price is ridiculous. Sun is Shining costs $59.95 for a 10 oz bottle. Alissa sells the same 10 oz under her label for $35.95.

I buy the big bottle of Vitamineral Green from a local store, 17.65 oz for $52.99. I put a big spoonful in my green smoothie every day for less than $1.00 a day. In a pinch I'll mix it with water and call it a meal. I like the taste and how I feel when it is part of my daily routine.

VMG claims One heaping Tablespoon provides 4.4 grams of protein and 150% the RDA for iron. That is the same protein content as 3.5 oz of raw kale.
